I’m a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and a nutrition specialist (to name a few). I’ve been the Fitness Director at a family fitness center in New Jersey for 10+ years.
When I’m not doing my day job, I’m working my side-hustle helping people like you find time to live a healthier life. Keep scrolling through this page to learn more about how I can help you and/or your family live a happier, healthier life.
Living a healthy lifestyle doesn't have to be complicated...
In fact, I can guarantee you, with a little bit of education, a lot of support, and some hard work and dedication, you can achieve your wellness goals and live a healthy life!
It’s super important that you decide on just one goal, for now.
Trying to achieve more than one wellness goal at the same time will inevitably result in your brain taking the path of least resistance. Your brain will automatically focus on the goal that it feels is the easiest and most comfortable to achieve and the others will either be ignored or barely achieved.
Your why is the reason and ultimately the motivation that you will use to help you stay on track and achieve your goal.
When you want to achieve something that is worthwhile to you, defining a reason (or set of reasons) why achieving that goal is important to you will be the key to helping you stay on track and stay motivated when things get tough, because they will.
The primary reason we want you to set a deadline is to help you have something to look forward to.
Goals require a deadline in order to be considered a goal. You’ve probably heard the saying “a goal is a dream with a reason and a deadline,” well we take this to a whole new level.
